In this 4-hour session, you will learn to use BIOVIA Discovery Studio to determine and model macromolecular properties and structures.

​​​​​​​You will gain hands-on experience with BIOVIA Discovery Studio tools for predicting protein structures from their sequences, using advanced AI/ML algorithms like OpenFold and AlphaFold. The training will cover how to generate high-quality 3D models of target proteins and antibodies from their sequences using the leading MODELER homology modeling algorithm. Additionally, you will learn methods to evaluate model quality, including assessing model confidence, scoring functions, energies, and sequence-structure compatibility, predict protein properties and analyze protein-ligand interactions.
